the plot of the picture was of when 
first meets up with Steven, but it was hard for me to picture it ( sad huh? ), I thought of doing it in a comic but I got lazy so I decided that it's not when they meet, it's how, and How is when Steven starts to Stalk Eki.
I couldn't help but put the little Death Doll in the picture watvhing Eki do his homework XD
Yes, Stevens eyes can glow, like a cat.
